A free profile appears in lists and can receive requests from homeowners who pick you. You only pay if you choose a paid product.

Do I pay for every quote request?
Only for qualified requests: a real homeowner, a job you do, in an area you serve. Wrong numbers, duplicates and jobs outside your trade are credited back if you report them within 7 days.
Will paying move me up the list?
No. Lists are ordered by our published score. Paying gets you requests and profile features, not ranking.
Can I pause requests?
Yes. Pause any time, or set a date to start again. Paused companies show as paused and can't be ticked in quote forms.
Why does the homeowner choose me by name?
Because every request lists exactly which companies receive it. You only hear from people who looked at your record and ticked you.
